• Depot Days Festival

  • The Depot Days Festival is the biggest event of the year and it is always held the third Saturday in September. In 2018 the estimated attendance was over 19,000. The week consists of the history of Hartselle, community worship service, youth pep rally and so much more. This is a fun family event with no admission costs. On Saturday there is a tractor show, car show, live entertainment, tons of vendors, an art competition, and so much more. Join us for the 2019 Depot Days Festival in September!

NEW THIS YEAR: We are not accepting any Kids Zone Vendor Applications this year. The DDF committee has decided to use a company this year and they will have exclusive rights to the kids zone. If any kids zone applications are received, they will be returned with payment.

We only allow one direct sales representative per company. Example: Matilda Jane, Advocare, Mary Kay, etc.  If you are a direct sales representative please make sure that your company is not listed before registering.

Food Vendors must call before registering to confirm we do not already have two vendors selling that particular item. You must e-mail a menu to andrea@hartsellechamber.com.

NO REFUNDS AFTER AUGUST 1, 2019

ALL FOOD VENDORS MUST PURCHASE BUSINESS LICENSE AND FOOD TRUCK PERMIT FROM THE CITY OF HARTSELLE. CONTACT LYNN AT 256-773-2535 FOR MORE INFORMATION
