Case Manager
NARCOG is seeking a full-time Case Manager to coordinate the provision of in-home services for elderly and disabled homebound clients.  This position is responsible for assessing client needs, developing care plans and maintaining accurate records.  Minimum qualifications: BA/BS degree, preferably in a human services related field, from an accredited college or university; a Registered Nurse with current active Alabama license; or a Licensed Social Worker.  Must possess a valid driver license.
