Program Administrative Assistant
NARCOG is seeking a Program Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to
assigned agency personnel in the provision of programs and services. The position is responsible for the
recruitment and coordination of volunteers for a variety of projects, functions and/or programs for
completing activities and/or delivering services in a timely fashion. This position is responsible for
maintaining multiple manual and electronic documents, files and records; compiling data including
performing mathematical calculations and completing forms from various sources in accordance with
established guidelines and program funding requirements. Minimum qualifications: One to three years’
experience in clerical and administrative duties.
$14.32 per hour
