  • The Depot Days Festival is Hartselle's biggest event of the year and is always held on the third Saturday in September. In 2019 the estimated attendance was over 19,000. The week consists of Down Memory Lane, an event celebrating the history of Hartselle, as well as a community worship service, youth Glow Night, and other community events. This is a fun family event with no admission costs. On Saturday there is a tractor show, car show, and live entertainment, plus vendors, an art competition, and more! Join us for this year's Depot Days on Saturday, September 18th!

    Vendor priority will be given to those residing within the 35640 zip code until June 15th.

    All applications are subject to review and approval by the Depot Days Committee.

    Payment and waivers are expected within two weeks of approval and no less than 48 hours prior to event.

    PRIORITY DEADLINE: June 1, 2021

    FINAL DEADLINEAugust 30, 2021

    Approved priority vendors will be notified by June 15th. Applications received after June 1st will be notified on a rolling basis after June 15th.

    This is a Rain or Shine Event, and no refunds will be given for weather conditions.
