A. As a part of this institutional partnership, UNA agrees to provide:
1. Partnership Scholarship: A scholarship of 20% of the value of tuition of all online or traditional undergraduate or graduate programs, certificates, or micro-credentials will be extended to all Partner's full-time employees with the exception of the following programs: Executive Doctor of Business Administration, the Ph.D. in Exercise Science and Health promotion, and the Professional Accounting Micro-credential. Employees must meet the admission standards of the program to which they apply. The tuition scholarship may not be combined with any other university scholarship with the exception of the New Start Scholarship.

2. New Start Scholarship. The New Start Scholarship is available for any new student enrolled in any online graduate degree program. With it, the employee will receive their first course free and pay no application fee. Restrictions may apply. If applicable, the tuition scholarship and New Start Scholarship may be combined.
Or
3. Executive DBA Scholarship. A scholarship of $25,000 off the value of the total program costs of the Executive Doctor of Business Administration will be extended to all Partner's employees. Prospective students must meet the admission standards if the Executive Doctor of Business Administration to qualify.
B. At Partner's request, UNA may permit faculty to participate as a resource for Partner's activities related to the agreement on a limited and discretionary basis, as determined by UNA. Such instances may include firm-specific training and executive education opportunities. UNA is responsible for the education and academic evaluation of the student and for monitoring the student's learning experiences.
C. UNA shall also require its students to follow all UNA policies and procedures, including but not limited to the Student Code of Conduct, as well as all local, state, and federal laws.
