Hartselle for the Holidays is a community-wide initiative that celebrates the magic of the season while encouraging residents and visitors to shop local and support Hartselle businesses. Running from November through January, this campaign highlights Chamber members, special holiday events, and local shopping opportunities through a digital holiday guide—updated bi-weekly and featured on the Chamber’s website homepage. From festive events and gift ideas to exclusive promotions, Hartselle for the Holidays brings together everything that makes our community shine during the most wonderful time of the year.

Christmas Parade

The Hartselle Kiwanis Club is thrilled to present the 2025 Hartselle Christmas Parade on Thursday, December 11! Traveling from J.P. Cain Stadium down Railroad and Main Street, this year’s theme—“Christmas at the Movies”—invites creative floats, decorated tractors, and antique cars from nonprofits, businesses, and individuals. Entry is $50 per category, with a limit of two entries per organization. Cash prizes will be awarded for the best floats, so join us in celebrating the season and making this year’s parade the most magical yet!
Christmas Eve, Eve Block Party

Christmas Cookie Walk

One of Hartselle’s most cherished holiday traditions returns as hundreds gather to enjoy the season in our beautifully decorated downtown. This ticketed event begins at Main Street Mortgage, where guests will receive a keepsake basket, this year’s limited-edition ornament, a map, and everything needed to begin their festive adventure. From there, participants can stroll through Historic Downtown Hartselle, visiting participating merchants to collect seasonal sweets, treats, and memories along the way. Tickets are limited and tend to sell quickly, so be sure to secure yours while they last. Holiday Treasure Hunt

The 3rd Annual Historic Holiday Treasure Hunt, presented by the Downtown Business League, invites you to sleigh your way through Historic Downtown Hartselle this holiday season! This free, family-friendly adventure runs from mid-November through December, turning downtown into a festive hunt for hidden holiday treasures placed by local businesses. Explore charming shops, enjoy beautiful displays, and experience the magic of the season while supporting our local merchants.
